Frequently Asked Questions:

Here are some frequently asked questions as to how COVID-19 might impact the purchase, construction, or closing of your brand new home.

Are your sales offices open?

Our sales centers remain open daily but to manage group size and practice appropriate social distancing, all visits will be online or appointment only. Please call the sales office or our Online Home Advisor team at 928-237-4620 to schedule your appointment or guided online tour.

Will construction be delayed?

At this point in time, we are progressing with very few delays. Due to new home construction being classified as “essential business” to keep the economy healthy, we are able to keep our valuable trade partners engaged in building quality homes throughout Arizona.

Can I come visit my home during the building process?

You may visit your home after 4pm and prior to sunset. It’s imperative at all times, not just during COVID-19, to exercise caution and good judgment on any construction site. Please do not come during the work day as it could put you as well as our trade partners in an unsafe situation. We have protocols for self-distancing and other measures to protect our employees and trade partners.

Additionally if you would like to talk to your Sales Representative, please give them a call. They’ll be glad to hear from you during this difficult time. We would be delighted to talk to you via phone, text, email, video conference or FaceTime. We will continue to communicate with you weekly updates from your dedicated team.

How will this affect my closing?

At this point, none of our closing dates have been affected due to the virus.
