Understanding the concept and advantages of a spec home is beneficial and can be advantageous in this extremely competitive home buying market. You might hear it called a "feature home" or “quick move-in” home, whatever the verbiage the concept is much the same.

A spec home is designed and put on the market as a "move-in-ready" or "coming soon" home. There is no exact buyer in mind, but instead has been designed using an experienced design team to hand select the options based on the current floor plans of each community. We select our most popular floor plans and features, have a team of professional interior designers choose exceptional interior finishes, and then begin construction. These professionally curated homes are ready to move into much faster than a typical “to be built” home – hence the name “quick move-in.”

St. Patrick’s Day – Top of the morning to ye! On March 17^th you risk the chance of being pinched if you don’t wear green. While we don’t condone this type of behavior, it most certainly has momentum with friends and family. Unconfirmed folklore states that leprechauns are behind this pinching tradition and that they like to pinch people (but can’t see those folks that do wear green). Those unsuspecting people that forego the green attire or accessory leave themselves open to this leprechaun assault. Again, this is completely unverified, and we have absolutely nothing factual to substantiate this story.
